How Britney Spears got that body back

Not too long ago, all anyone could talk about when it came to Britney Spears was how crazy she was acting and how she was on a rapidly sinking downward spiral.

Then her family intervened, got her away from bad influences like Sam Lufti and Adnan Ghalib, and steered her towards a healthier life. It’s obviously paying off since now people are talking about her possible comeback (thanks to the VMA nominations and new album) and they’re talking a LOT about how she got her - in the words of Justin Timberlake - SexyBack.

Her body is trim and toned in bikinis lately. She is spending a lot of time at the gym, and rumor has it that she’s paying at least $20,000 a month for her exercise and diet plan. I’m not sure how true that is, but whatever she’s doing? It’s working. I was also thinking that part of that cost might be an extra if she wants to work out in private. If she’s having the gym closed to other patrons for the duration of her own workout, she could be paying more than usual to make up the loss for the gym.

Star Magazine (which is really as reliable as your newspaper horoscope, but hey) is suggesting that a regular day of eating for Britney looks something like this:

Breakfast: Britney starts the day with whole wheat pancakes. Calories: 100 each

Lunch: Britney loves to munch on fish or chicken tacos served in a nonfried soft shell. Calories: 275

Dinner: Since she’s cutting back on red meat, the pop star will have a 4 to 6 ounce serving of fish with veggies. Calories: 350 - 500

Dessert: Britney splurges on a sugar-free ice pop or a serving of low-fat or nonfat frozen yogurt topped with strawberries. Calories: 150

That’s definitely a selection of healthy choices.

Regardless of what she is or is not doing, and what she is or is not paying, the fact remains clear: Britney looks fabulous.
